The windshield of an ambulance was smashed when a log fell off a truck in Georgia this week.

The accident happened Tuesday on Highway 24 West, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office said in a Facebook post.

The sheriff’s office said no one suffered any major injuries.

The act was initially investigated as a hit-and-run because the truck driver left the scene.

Washington County Sheriff Joel Cochran said the log truck driver was unaware of the accident and will not be charged.

No one was "majorly" hurt when the windshield of an ambulance was smashed by a log that fell off a truck in Georgia this week, authorities said.
